Inbox protection for nonprofits and small charities
Rythm is a dual-layer deterministic email filter for Gmail and Outlook used by small nonprofits, charities, and 501(c)(3) organizations. Donors who have ever emailed the organization, current board members, foundation program officers, government grant officers, and trusted vendors walk in via an auto-built guest list assembled from contacts, the sent folder, starred messages, and inbox frequency. Board impersonation, donor-fraud spoofs, gift-card scams targeting development directors, and "executive director" wire requests are gated at the front door behind a small cover charge (default about four cents). Transactional email from fundraising platforms (Donorbox, Stripe, GiveButter, Classy) and donor CRMs (Salesforce NPSP, Bloomerang, DonorPerfect, Little Green Light) reaches your guest list automatically once you have corresponded with them, which is typical from day one. For a 10-person nonprofit, the total annual cost is about $200, and the math against a single prevented BEC incident is essentially infinite. Non-custodial by design. $1.65 per month per inbox.
