Rythm customer case studies
The Rythm /customers page is the landing for long-form customer case studies. Rythm launched in 2025 and the first wave of case studies is in preparation. Stories publish in the customer's own words once permission is granted and there is a number worth pointing at. Each case study runs roughly 800 to 1,200 words and follows the challenge-solution-results structure used across the SaaS category. Hard numbers (hours saved per week, BEC attempts gated at the inbox door, sponsor pitches converted to paid cover charges, time reclaimed from triage) appear where the customer is comfortable sharing them. Photos and named attributions appear only with explicit written permission and after a draft review. The first slot is held for a small-team founder who has been running Rythm alongside a Gmail filter stack for at least 60 days, with permission to be named and a quantifiable result to point at. The second slot is held for a working solo professional in a high-trust vertical, like a solo attorney protecting client communication, where the cover charge has caught a wire-fraud or impersonation attempt the rest of the stack missed. Future case studies are expected from financial advisors, CPAs, realtors, journalists, freelancers, and creators across the audiences Rythm serves at $1.65 per month per inbox. Rythm is non-custodial by design: the case studies describe what the customer experienced, never private financial details about the underlying Cashu and Lightning rails. CASA Tier-2 audit completed with all 39 test cases addressed.
Why are there no case studies yet?
Rythm launched in 2025. Real case studies require a real customer, real permission, and a real number to point to.
How can a customer be featured?
A customer using Rythm for at least 60 days who is open to a 30-minute interview can email sean at rythm.xyz.
Will the case studies use real names and photos?
Only with the customer's explicit written permission and a draft review before publishing.
How long is a case study?
Roughly 800 to 1,200 words. Challenge, solution, results.
Where do customer voices live elsewhere on the site?
Press mentions and podcast appearances live at /press-mentions. Verified third-party reviews are not yet activated; when they are, they will be linked from the navigation.
