Changelog

What we ship and when.

The public record of every release, every fix, every infrastructure change. Updated as the work goes out.

Rythm ships small, often, on purpose. A small team can keep the architecture simple, and a simple architecture is easier to ship against. Most weeks have multiple releases. The bigger ones come with a long-form post on the blog. The smaller ones get a one-line entry here so customers can see what changed.

The list below covers the last five substantive releases. The commit log behind these entries is private, but the user-facing changes are public, and so is the cadence. If a recent change broke something for you, this page is a good first stop before you email support.

Recent releases.

  1. Payments

    Failsafe audit on ledger-write failures.

When a Lightning ledger write fails, the system now persists a failsafe audit record so the underlying payment is never lost. Reconciliation jobs pick the record up on the next run.

  2. Email

    Gmail categorizer rescue accuracy.

When Gmail auto-applies a label of its own (Promotions, Updates) at roughly the same time a user rescues a held message, the rescue detector now ignores the categorizer co-add. Cleaner rescue history, more accurate guest-list updates.

  3. Lightning

    Strike order reconciliation cron.

A new reconciliation cron picks up missed Lightning settlements from the Strike API and walks them through to completion. Catches the rare case where a payment confirmed at Strike but did not propagate cleanly to the user.

  4. UI

    Interface-feel-better polish pass.

A studio-grade polish pass on the dashboard: cleaner shadows, optical alignment on numbers, hover states that finally feel right, and small typography fixes across the inbox view and the settings pane.

  5. Email

Purchase confirmation emails plus sprint updates.

Customers now get a confirmation email when their plan starts. Internal sprint planning shifted to a faster cadence so changelog entries roll out more often. Smaller releases, more visible momentum.

How to follow updates.

The fastest way to track Rythm changes is the Rythm blog (long-form posts on bigger releases) and the X account (release announcements as they ship). Customers get a release email once a month with the highlights.
